OUD FOR GRACE opens with radiant bergamot, dryly and precisely accentuated by black pepper. On the skin, oud and precious woods unfold into a deep, multifaceted accord. Guaiac wood provides a gently smoky warmth, cedarwood adds structure, and sandalwood offers creamy smoothness. The oud in this composition is controlled and modern – dark and present, but neither animalic nor excessively heavy.
As the fragrance develops, vanilla and praline softly layer over the woods. They lend a warm, almost velvety sweetness to the scent without transforming it into a distinctly gourmand fragrance. In the drydown, a creamy, woody combination of oud, sandalwood, cedarwood, and guaiac wood remains. To the outside world, OUD FOR GRACE appears confident, elegant, and sophisticated – distinctly present, yet controlled and refined.
