Yes. We ship all orders free of charge with PostPac Priority within Switzerland.

Under normal circumstances, orders received by 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Your order typically arrives on the next business day.

Weekend orders are processed on Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery may be exceptionally delayed due to public holidays, Christmas, New Year's, or delays on the part of Swiss Post.

We will hand over your order to Swiss Post on time. Once the shipment is en route, delivery is outside our direct control.

What if I'm not at home?
For "Signature" and "Assurance" delivery, the mail will not be left in the mailbox. The postal service will leave a collection notice or attempt delivery again – depending on the area.

For consignments requiring a signature, the Post Office usually leaves a collection invitation or makes another delivery attempt, depending on the area.

For standard PostPac Priority consignments, delivery may be made according to the terms and conditions of Swiss Post.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. The dispatch date of the return is decisive.
