Under normal operating conditions, orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped on the same day and usually arrive the next working day .

Weekend orders (Sat/Sun) are shipped on Monday – delivery usually takes place on Tuesday. We always place your order on time. Should there be any exceptional delays on the part of the Swiss Post, we ask for your understanding.

For "Signature" and "Assurance" delivery, the mail will not be left in the mailbox. The postal service will leave a collection notice or attempt delivery again – depending on the area.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used or damaged products are excluded from the right of return.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund you the purchase price minus the original delivery costs.
