What happens if the mail is delayed?
We always ship your order on time. However, should there be any delays on the part of the Swiss Post, we ask for your understanding. Late delivery is beyond our control.

What if I'm not at home?
For "Signature" and "Assurance" delivery, the mail will not be left in the mailbox. The postal service will leave a collection notice or attempt delivery again – depending on the area.

Yes, you can choose a preferred address during checkout.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Please return the items to us within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The date of shipment (postmark) is decisive for compliance with this deadline.

Opened, used or damaged products are excluded from the right of return for hygiene reasons.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price less the original delivery costs.
